Eyton Old Hall is a bed and breakfast situated
in beautiful countryside high above the River Lugg in Herefordshire. A beautiful Regency house, it was close to ruin when
Henrietta and James set about its restoration in the early nineties and now, following years of hard work, it has become a
stunning family home. Furnished traditionally, with thoughtful touches throughout, it is a true gem of the English countryside.
Breakfast is a real highlight, Henrietta
makes a fresh fruit salad every morning while James squeezes oranges and cooks the mother of all fry-ups. Much of the
produce is sourced from local farm shops and, seasons permitting, James and Henrietta's own garden. A three course dinner
can be provided by arrangement, although with so many local, award-winning pubs, you may wish to eat out.
Comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms,
and beds made up traditionally with linen sheets, blankets and eiderdowns, all guaranteeing a peaceful and relaxing stay.
Guests have the use of a private drawing room with French windows out into the garden, and in the summer months the pool is
open should you feel like a swim before breakfast!
